ADT 7100 User Manual Operating Procedure
Preparing hubless blades
The 00777-1030-008, 00777-1045-008, and similar blades must be mounted in a flange before using
the saw. Skip this section if you are using a blade with a built-in hub. Look at the ADT LNF wiki page for
accessing a video showing this process. The LNF has four different flange sizes listed next.

Once you have selected a flange, proceed with the following steps.
1. Take the flange out of its wooden box. Ensure that you have the correct flange by comparing the
part number on the flange. Do not drop the flange as it can be bent and will not be usable.
2. If necessary, separate the two halves of the flange by inserting the three pins of the black blade
separation tool into the three holes in the back of the flange. Turn the assembly over and place it
on a table with the flange on top. Press firmly and evenly on the inner ring of the flange to
separate the two halves.
3. Take both parts of the flange off of the blade separation tool and place them on the table.
4. Place your blade without any packing material that may come with the blade on the bottom half
of the flange. The blade should fit snugly outside of the ridge on the bottom half of the flange. If
it is loose, it may not center correctly and could result in cutting the chuck.
5. Place the top part of the flange on the bottom part with the smaller side up.
6. Press evenly until it snaps together.
