Error Cause Solution
Software freeze and customer is
not sure whether the jar has
been processed
Software error
Restart the system, open jar, vent and recycle the jar to
make sure desired environment has been created.
If the wrong tank is connected User error
When gas tank is replaced, incubate a quality control
plate before processing any patient sample to avoid any
loss of patient sample.
Printer does not function
Power connection is loose Tighten connection
Serial cable is loose Re-seat connection
No communication with
external computer
Cable is unplugged Plug in cable
Ethernet cable is damaged Replace cable
Ethernet connector is damaged Service the instrument to replace connector
Barcode scanner does
not function
Cable is unplugged
Secure cable. Note: If scanner does not function, you can
manually enter IDs and other relevant information.
