What to do if my Aesthetix MIMAS has no power and no sound?
    • S
      shepparddonnaAug 14, 2025
If your Aesthetix Amplifier shows no power, has no front panel lights, and produces no sound, first ensure the AC cord is fully inserted into the Mimas and that the wall outlet is active. Also, check the power supply fuse and the rear panel fuse; if either is open, replace it with the same type and rating ONLY. Finally, check the AC outlet circuit breaker and reset it if necessary, or contact your dealer. If the module rail fuse is open, consult the 'Display codes' section.

      Keith MitchellAug 17, 2025
If your Aesthetix Amplifier has no audio output, first check if headphones are connected and set to ON; if so, turn them off in the Setup Menu. Also, check if the Mute is active and un-mute the Mimas. Overheating can also cause this issue, so shut down the Mimas until it cools, and consider using an external fan. Finally, if the amp module fuse is open, replace it with the same type and rating ONLY.
