Part 7: Disassembling the Canopy from the Jig, Preparing the Scooter
If using a chassis as a jig, follow the steps below.
1.
Prepare a Breeze S3/4 scooter
for mounting the canopy.
As described in parts A to D.
Part A: Disassembling the Front and Battery Covers
Part B: Mounting the Inner Bracket
Part C: Assembling the Rear Frame
Part D: Returning the Front Cover to Scooter
2.
On the chassis-jig, unscrew
the bottom beam from the
inner brackets.
3.
Place the canopy on its
designated electric scooter.
4.
Anchor the bottom beam to
the inner brackets.
Part 1: Assembling the Bottom Beam
5.
Anchor the Top beam to
the rear frame .
Part 6: Top Beam Assembly to the Rear Frame
