Troubleshooting
Problem Possible Cause Suggested Solution
Power is off Circuit breaker switch is off at
the machine or the plant main
panel.
Turn circuit breaker off, then
back on.
If circuit breaker keeps tripping,
check the fuse.
Check the circuit breaker switch.
Heater is not running Heating coils are open.
Thermostat failure.
Heater sensor broken.
Replace heater coil.
Replace thermostat.
Replace heater sensor.
Fan is not running Overload fuse is blown.
Motor has failed.
Check the overload fuse and
switch.
Replace the motor.
Conveyor is not running Gear chain is off.
Motor is hot and jammed.
Tighten the gear chain.
Turn off all power and clear the
jam.
Height adjustment controls are
not working.
The drop is improperly wired. Check the phase relay inside
the cabinet.
Reverse the two drop leads.
