•Peakwidth
The data rate is settable from 0.31 – 80 Hz

• Slit
The slit width is settable to 1, 2, 4, or 8 nm

If one or both detectors are G7117A or G4212B (module has a fixed slit), the slit
automatically is set to 4 nm and cannot be adjusted.
