The typical linear range of around 1·10

for UV-detection is not sufficient for
the analysis of samples or compound mixtures with widely different
concentration levels. Usually, these samples require additional sample
preparation steps (dilution/concentration), in combination with a second
injection and sometimes recalibration.
The HDR-DAD solution eliminates these sample preparation steps. It increases
the linear range by a factor of 30 and allows to acquire all sample information
in one single assay. It significantly reduces the turnaround time and increases
the productivity.
