Description
This test
measures a
test signal
amplitude using
the 4395A
absolute
amplitude
measuremen
t
function
in
the
net
w
ork
analyzer
mo
de
and
using
a
p
o
w
er
meter, a
po
wer
sensor and
a
m
ultimeter.
Then
it compares
the 4395A
reading with
the reading
of
the
p
o
w
er
meter
or
the
multimeter.
The
accuracy
of
the
absolute
amplitude
measuremen
t
is
v
eried
o
v
er
the
en
tire
frequency
range.
In
this
test,
the
4395A
RF
OUT
signal
is
used as
the test
signal. The
RF OUT
signal
is
divided through
at
wo-w
ay
p
o
w
er
splitter
and
applied
to
an
4395A
input
and
the
p
o
w
er
sensor
input
or
the
m
ultimeter.
