CURRent? [MINimum | MAXimum]
This query returns the presently programmed current level of the power
supp ly.
CURR?
MAX
and
CURR? MIN
return the highest and lowest
programmable current levels for the selected range.
CURRent:STEP {<numeric value>|DEFault}
This command sets the step size for current programm ing with the
CURRent
UP
and
CURRent
DOWN
commands. See the exampl e in the previous page.
T o set the step size to the minimum re solution, set the step size to āā
DEFault
āā.
The mini mum resol utio n of the step size is approxi m ately 0.32 mA (E3633A)
and 0.13 mA (E3634A) respectively. The
CURR:STEP? DEF
returns the
minimum resolution of your instrument. The immediate current level increases
or decreases by the value of the step size. For exa mple, the output current will
increase or decrease 10 m A if the step size is 0.01.
This com mand is useful when you program the power suppl y to the all owed
mini mu m resol uti on. At
*RST
, the step size is the value of the minimum
resolution.
CURRent:STEP? {DEFault}
This query returns the value of the step size currently specified. The returned
parameter is a numeric va lue. āā
DEFault
āā gives the minimum resolution of the
step size in unit of amps.
CURRent:TRIGgered {<current>| MINimum | MAXimum}
This com mand program s the pending triggered current level. The pending
triggered current level is a stored value that is transferred to the output
terminals when a trigger occurs. A pending triggered level is not affected by
subsequent
CURRent
commands.
CURRent:TRIGgered? [MINimum | MAXimum]
This query returns the triggered current level presently programmed. If no
triggered level is programmed, the
CURRent
level is returned.
