What to do if Agilent Technologies E3632A unit is inoperative?

If your Agilent Technologies Power Supply unit is inoperative, make sure the AC power cord is properly connected. Check that the front-panel power switch is depressed. Verify the power-line fuse is correctly installed: use a 4 AT, 250 V fuse for 100 or 115 Vac, or a 2.5 AT, 250 V fuse for 230 Vac. Also, check the power-line voltage setting. If the power was interrupted during calibration, recalibrating or resetting the state might resolve the issue. If the problem continues, it could indicate a hardware failure.
