(1) Modify tune parameters in user tune like below.
Sampling Depth 8㎜
Carrier Gas flow
MicroMist: 1.0L/min
MicroFlow: 0.6L/min
Make Up Gas flow
MicroMist: 0L/min
MicroFlow: 0.3L/min
