XFe Assays at Non-37 °C Temperatures
Agilent Seahorse XFe Analyzers have been validated to deliver desired target
temperatures in the range of 16-42 °C, provided the ambient room temperature
is 12-20 °C below the target temperature, and in the validated operational room
temperature range of 4-30 °C. To understand the relationship between the
desired sample temperature and required ambient temperature, see the
temperature chart in Figure 10.
