Neat Sampling Mode
Internal Standard is not permitted with Neat Sampling mode.
Neat mode parameters are set for samples that are normally liquids that
will be injected without dilution.
The Neat sampling mode performs the following sequence of actions:
1. Any pre-injection Clean actions will be executed.
2. A full syringe volume of sample is withdrawn (2 µL/sec) and
expelled (50 µL/sec) into the waste cup. This is performed a total
of six times.
3. A full syringe volume of sample is withdrawn (2 µL/sec) and
expelled (50 µL/sec) into the sample vial. This is performed three
times.
4. The sample volume is withdrawn (2 µL/sec) and a 1 µL lower air
gap is formed.
5. The volume specified in the SampleList is injected. The post
injection clean is performed.
