Refrigerant Charging
It is important that the system is charged with the correct amount of refrigerant. Remember, a seriously over or
undercharged system may lead to major component failure.
The nal refrigerant charge level should be set by the design evaporating and condensing pressures, together with a full
or nearly full sight glass.
The suction and discharge pressures should be constantly monitored whilst charging is in progress.
To calculate the system refrigeration charge, please refer to the indoor unit data.
