What to do if the Airoptic GasEye system operational light is red?

If the Airoptic Industrial Equipment system's operational light is red, start by checking the transmission value. If it's below the threshold (typically 1% of transmission, but application-dependent), realign the equipment. If realignment doesn't help, inspect the sensor windows for dust or powder buildup. Try process side purging with sufficient pressure to remove any residue. If purging isn't enough, manually clean the windows after dismounting them, using standard optics cleaning products. If the transmission value is above the threshold, the red LED indicates an internal analyzer error. Restart the system. If the problem persists, contact an Airoptic representative.
