Locate
the
turntable
on
a
firm,
level
surface.

Handie
the
equipment
carefully—avoid
subjecting
it
to
sudden
shocks
such
as
a
slamming
of
a
door.

Keep
the
unit
out
of
the
direct
sunlight,
in
a
place
relative-
ly
free
of
dust
and
humidity.

Provide
about
10
centimeters
at
the
rear
of
the
unit
to
permit
the
dust
cover
to
be
raised
without
jarring
the
turntable.

ON
Avoid
locating
the
turntable
in
the
vicinity
of
other
electri-
cal
equipment
such
as
television
receivers.
These
gener-
ate
signals
which
can
cause
humor
noise.

Howling
during
play
is
often
caused
by
incorrect
speaker
placement.
If
the
speakers
are
too
close
to
the
turntable,
the
stylus
will
pick
up
vibrations.
Avoid
placing
the
unit
On
a
speaker
cabinet.
.
When
interconnecting
the
turntable
and
amplifier,
place
the
turntable
on
the
side
of
the
amplifier
away
from
the
amplifier’s
transformer,
to
avoid
noise
pick-up.
