NTP(Network Time Protocol) is enabled as default. C313X will get
the Date and Time automatically. And users can also setup NTP server.
Setup a suitable Time Zone, Time format and Date Format.
③To set time manually by disabling the NTP, users can set exact time
for the C313X.
