After the dive:
The diver is exposed to exertion for a long period (e.g. in a current).
An extension of the decompression is indicated, if the muscle tissues are relevant
for the decompression of the dive.
Avoid further physical exertion if possible. Make a break for relaxation.
Extend decompression time at the highest stop if possible.
Refrain from intense physical exertion on your next dive.
Make sure that the surface interval is long enough. It may be advisable not to go
on another dive on the same day.
