Values Up to 5 characters maximum.
hh [:mm] — The hours and minutes offset from UTC time, expressed as integers. Some time zones do not
have an offset that is an integral number of hours. In these instances, the minutes-offset must be
specified. For example, the time zone in Pirlanngimpi, Australia UTC + 9.5 hours.
Default hours: 0
minutes: 0
Values hours: -11 — 11
