Set the desired distance, after which a lap will always be
marked (e.g. 1 km).
Then set it to "on", to activate the function "Auto Lap".
However, it is still possible to record additional lap times
manually, between the automatically stopped laps.
Start/stop interval training – Recording data
Press the “MODE” button until you enter the Interval-Mode.
Press the “VIEW” button to enter the INTERVAL TRAINING
screen.
Press the “ST./STP.” button to activate the interval timers. The
watch will alert and the light goes on when the timer advances
to the next interval automatically.
Press the “LAP/RE.” button, if you want to jump over a
segment manually.
Press the “VIEW” button, if you want to review the distance
travelled from your previous segment. Press the “ST./STP.”
button, if you want to stop or pause the timers.
When you complete all Intervals & Repetitions “Well done”
will appear in the display.
Press the “MODE” button to end the training. Press the
“ST./STP.” or the “LAP/RE.” button to select “END + SAVE”
or “QUIT” the Interval Mode. Press the “VIEW” button to
confirm.
