Press the “VIEW” button to toggle between the two displays.
Press the "ST./STP." button, to activate the workout timer and
start the training.
Press the “ST./STP.” button to stop or pause the workout
timer.
Press the “LAP/RE.” button to reset the timer. “SAVE” and
“CLEAR” will appear on the display.
Press “ST./STP.” or “LAP/RE.” to select “SAVE” or
“CLEAR” of the recorded data, then press “VIEW” to confirm
and reset for the next workout.
If you select “SAVE” the data from this training session will
be saved in the watch and can be viewed in the History Mode.
If you select “CLEAR” the data will not be saved.
Record lap times
Press the "LAP/RE." button during training, to record a lap
time. The maximum number of lap times for each training is
99.
Each time you start, pause or stop a training or a lap time is
recorded manually. The display light goes on for about 3
seconds.
Automatically record lap times
Using this function, laps can be generated automatically.
Then, you don't have to press the "LAP/RE." button yourself,
to record a lap time. Select the menu point "Setup”
"Running", “Cycling” or “Skiing” "Auto Lap".
