- Stop the lawnmower, remove the safety key and ensure that
all moving parts have come to a complete standstill and have
cooled down:
• whenever you are not using the lawnmower,
• to clear a blocked cutting blade,
•
to remove blockages from the discharge channel,
•
to adjust the cutting height,
•
to empty the grass collection box,
• if you encounter a foreign object. Check for damage to the lawnmower and
perform the necessary repairs before starting the lawnmower up and
working with it again.
• to lift the lawnmower or carry it away,
• to tilt or transport the lawnmower (e.g. from/to the grass or over paths).,
• before you check, clean or carry out any work on the lawnmower.
- In the event of an accident or machine failure, stop the
lawnmower and remove the safety key, then seek assistance
if necessary. Only put the lawnmower back into operation
once fault-free functionality has been restored and
confirmed.
Residual risks
Despite proper use, we cannot guarantee that residual risks that are not obvious will
not occur. Due to the type and design of the lawnmower, the following potential
dangers may result:
- Cut injuries due to cutting blades that are not covered,
- Injuries due to stones or earth being ejected,
- Safety impairments due to poor visibility or lighting,
- Damage to health, which results from vibrations if the device is used for an
extended period or not operated or maintained properly.
