- Avoid unintended startup:
• When not in use: pull the power plug out of the socket.
• Make sure that the device is switched off before plugging in the power plug.
• Switch the device off before unplugging the power plug.

Always make sure that you are in a balanced standing
position with secure footing. Do not lean forward. Never stand
higher than the device when adding material.
NOTE!
Risk of damage!
Overheating can damage the device.
- Make sure that the air vents are not covered and are free of
dust and shredded material.
- Do not shred branches of an excessively large diameter.
- Check the material you want to shred before you start
working. Remove any foreign objects.
Shredding
Empty the collection container
when it is around 3/4 full to avoid
clogging.
Allow the device to completely empty out when stopping working.
1. Prepare the device (see section "Preparing for operation").
2. Switch the device into forward mode (see section "Switching on the device").
3. Put the material into the hopper

The material will be pulled in automatically. If necessary, use the pusher
to
push the material down.
