NOTE:
Before performing any inspection, maintenance and cleaning, stop the
engine and let the product cool down.
Inspect the product for damaged or worn parts before each use.
Do not operate it if you find damaged or worn parts. Contact the
manufacturer for replacement parts.
Store the high pressure hose onto the hose reel
After each use, turn OFF the engine, exhaust any pressure from
pressure line, and coil the hose (6) onto the hose reel (4). Refer to
Attach the 10m pressure hose (6) to the hose reel (4).
Checking the air filter (7) (see fig. T1-T3)
WARNING: The air filter should be checked after
prolonged storage, the following steps should be done
when checking the air filter. It is recommended to replace the
air filter once every 40 hours.
WARNING! Never run the engine without the air filter
element installed.
1) Unscrew the cap on the air filter (7) cover anti-clockwise. Remove
the cover.
2) Remove the air filter (7), wash filter in kerosene. Then squeeze
kerosene out, soak filter in engine oil and squeeze engine oil out.
3) Re-position the filter in and re-position the air filter (7) cover.
Tighten the nut clockwise.
