3.5 - ASSEMBLY OF INJECTORS FOR TEST
Using the tip limiter and the adapters corresponding to your injector’s connection, fix the Locking Bar or the
Single Arm on the specific Adapter and lock in the threaded rod with the Knobs.
BE CAREFUL, NOT TO TIGHTEN EXCESSIVELY, TIGHTEN ENOUGH TO LIMIT THE VERTICAL
DISPLACEMENT OF THE INJECTORS.
- Connect the Pressure Hose in the equipment /adapter . See item 3.3 .
- Connect the Injectors cable to the equipment. See item 3.4.
- Connect the injectors. Attention to the numerical sequence of the cables , the number of cable is the number of
the injector during the test.

ATTENTION FOR YOUR SAFETY, AVOID ACCIDENTS
- Pay attention on the pressure hose safety conectors lock.
- Warranty optimum injectors mounting in the adapters.
- Don´t excess the nominal injectors pressure, mainly for injector to low pressures (e.g.: 1,5 bar).
- Always use protection glasses.
