Is door handle
fully engaged?
No
Fully latch door.
Replace/Adjust solenoid
as neccsssary.
Replace the AP1 Output Board.
Is there 24VDC
between H6-1 and
H6-5?
Door circuit is open. Diagnose and repair
circuit.

Check for continuity through SP1a
empty level pressure switch:
Design 2 with out auxiliary heat-
Repair/replace jumper.
If SP1a is open -
Pressure switch bad
Water in machine
Plugged pressure hose

Check door solenoid for
mechanical issues.

Make sure machine is empty and
check for continuity across H6-7
and H6-8?
NOTE: Only perform continuity
check if PSW SEL LED is OFF
NOTE: Design 2 models without
auxiliary heat have a jumper
instead of a pressure switch
