If the battery pack is wet or submerged in water, do not let people access it.
Contact Alpha ESS or an authorised system provider for additional support.
7.5 Damaged / Decommissioning Battery
Damaged batteries are dangerous and must be handled with the utmost care. They
arenottforuseandmayposeadangertopeopleorproperty.
• If the battery pack seems to be damaged, contact Alpha ESS (or an authorised
system provider) to organise an electrician to remove the battery and return the
product for further troubleshooting.
• If the battery needs to be decommissioned, please refer to the local/national
