multimedia system must be switched
on;
– if your "My Alpine" app is not
synchronised with your vehicle, you
will not be able to access your service
contracts.
From the "My Alpine" app:
– log in to your account;
– from the main menu of the app,
press the "Synchronise my vehicle"
button and confirm by pressing again;
– follow the instructions shown on the
multimedia system screen.
Once your "My Alpine" account is
associated with the multimedia
system, the synchronisation will take
place automatically.
Renewing a service
To renew one of your services
approaching expiry, go to the " Store "
tab in your "My Alpine" account.
Then click "Renew" and follow the
step-by-step instructions.
