4. Touch the calibrate probes icon 1.
5. Compare the probe temperature reading against 32°F (0°C).
Touch the “+” or “–” symbols 2 until the temperature displayed is
32°F (0°C).
6. Remove the probe from the ice water.
7. If the oven has multiple probes, repeat this procedure until all probes are
calibrated.
Result The probe is now calibrated.
