7.2.4 Replacing suction lips 1. Pull suction hose from
suction nozzle.
2. Open quick-release lever at
suction nozzle.
3. Remove suction nozzle.
7.2.5 Maintenance by Alto

4. Slacken 6 screws at both
sides.
5. Remove side covers (2)
6. Pull out suction lip holder (1)
7. Place new suction lips on
the pins.
8. Insert suction lip holder into
suction nozzle and assemble
in reverse order.
9. Insert suction nozzle into
suction nozzle holder.
10.Tighten quick-release lever
(1).
11.Push suction hose onto
suction nozzle fitting.
Maintenance service after
approx. 200 hours of operation.
General service every 600-100
hours of operation, depending
on condition and deployment of
machine.
Safety inspection of electrical
components.
