Repair Service

Call the Amada Miyachi America Repair Department at the telephone number shown in the Foreword of
this manual. Before calling, please obtain the model number and serial number from the identification
plate on the rear panel.
Factory Service Repair
Amada Miyachi America provides a repair service for both warranty and non-warranty repairs. Call the
Customer Service Department at the telephone number shown in the Foreword of this manual for a
Return Material Authorization number. All equipment to be returned to Amada Miyachi America for
repair must be shipped PREPAID.
Please include information concerning the type of problem you are experiencing. Include with the
shipping information the name and telephone number of the person whom we should call with the
estimated cost of repairs.
