Confirm that your station ID and Station Key are entered correctly. 3. Manually type in your station key into the console’s web display instead of copying and pasting, to avoid adding a space at the end. Also, pay close attention to similar characters like lowercase 'l', uppercase 'I', and the number '1', as well as the number '0' and the letter 'O'.
