    Why is my Ambient Weather Station not updating on Wunderground.com?

      If your Ambient Weather Station is not updating on Wunderground.com, there are a few things to check. Ensure the checkbox is checked in the web panel. Verify that your station ID and Station Key are correct. Do not copy and paste your station key into the console’s web display, as it may add a space. Type it in manually. Also, be careful not to confuse similar-looking characters like lowercase 'l', uppercase 'I', and the number '1', or the number '0' and the letter 'O'.

    Why is my Ambient Weather Station sensor losing connection?

      If your Ambient Weather Station sensor is losing connection, there are several potential causes and solutions. First, ensure the transmitter is powered on and the LED flashes about once per minute. For cold environments, use lithium batteries and replace them if the transmitter isn't flashing. The sensor should be within 300 feet of the console (ideally 100 feet or less under most conditions). If the sensor is too close (less than 5-10 feet), move it further away. Ensure the sensor isn't transmitting through metal or earth barriers. Also, move the console away from devices that generate electrical noise, such as computers or TVs. Keep in mind that RF sensors cannot transmit through metal or thick walls. Finally, try resyncing the console.
