6.2-6 Release the two tags from the pins and remove
the stomach plate with the foam nylon pads by pushing
the parts in the direction of the monitoring instrument
until the tags are free of the clamps.
6.2 Removing and replacing parts in the base unit
6.2-1 The base unit is now ready for disassembly.
6.2-3 Lift the rocker arm free of the spring by pulling or
use a screwdriver.
6.2-5 Pull out the plastic tube or cut off the washer and
remove the metal bar.
6.2-2 Loosen the spring screws and free the two ten-
sion rods.
6.2-4 The stomach plate is secured with a metal bar
kept in place by two plastic tubes or star washers.
