6.10.2 Activating the multi view adjustment
In order to adjust the multi view, proceed as follows:
1. Push the rotary tool (1) onto the
hexagon bolt (2) of the
adjustment unit.

2. Use the rotary tool (1) to rotate
the multi view adjustment fixture
(3) counterclockwise against the
mechanical stop of the
adjustment fixture. The load coil
(4) is moved from the vertical
position to the horizontal
position. The final position is
reached when the load coil
reaches the mechanical stop.
 The respective plasma
observation mode
(EOP/SOP) is also
displayed by the instrument
software program (system
parameters and generator
view) on reaching the final
position.

The change from the axial
(EOP) to the radial (SOP)
plasma observation is
completed.
