Food storage
The following instructions should be followed in order for the appliance to perform at its best:
Put the food into the appliance after it has reached the desired temperature displayed on the
control unit. Only put foodstuff in the GN pans;
Do not place hot foods inside the appliance, or products other than those provided for by the
intended use (see paragraph 2.1 - Intended use);
Avoid frequent and prolonged door openings, and wait at least 30 seconds before re-opening
the door.
Defrosting - Defrost timing (see Pic.3 - Section 8)
The appliance automatically activates the defrost cycle. If the cooling power should decrease, it will
be necessary to activate a manual defrost:
Press the LIGHTING button (Pic.3 - Section 8) for 6 seconds;
The DEFROST indicator turns on and stays on until the defrost cycle is complete.
ATTENTION!
Precautions for use
To reduce cooling losses, do not open the door too often and keep it open as little as possible;
Do not cover the back of the appliance. The air must be able to circulate to properly cool the
compressor;
The food products must be placed only inside the GN pans;
If hot dishes are to be stored, let them completely cool down before placing them inside the
appliance. Putting hot foodstuffs inside the appliance creates an excessive amount of steam
which can cause anomalies and malfunctions;
In the event of a power failure, if possible, do not open the door to prevent cool air from es-
caping;
Wait at least 10 seconds after disconnecting the plug before connecting the appliance to the
power supply line again.
