RELEASE z
z indicates the channel number(s), an integer value in the range 1.....7, which is bit significant.
As described in the SOUND command parameter channel status) it is possible to flag a hold on a
channel with a particular SOUND command. The RELEASE command is simply to remove these
holds. The channel input is bit significant, and when decoded gives the combination of channels to be
released. Release of a channel not held has no effect.
