Warranty parts are only shipped within the country we currently ship to (United States). If
you had your E-bike delivered to one country and then shipped to another country, parts
will only be sent to the country in which the bike was originally delivered.
The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper
charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear. This
warranty is only valid for the first buyer. Any other remedy, such as compensation for
damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended
by granting an additional warranty.
Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact the AMYET Customer Service
team through our Help Center. The Customer Service team will initially work with you on
the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
In the event that the Product Support team determines that a Covered Component must
be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective
Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Product Support team will also
provide assistance in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component
into your E-Bike.
CLAIMS PROCESS
Subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, AMYET warrants to the original
retail purchaser of the bike that (i) the frame, fork, and electronics of the bike will be free
from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year
from the date of delivery, and the battery will be free from defects in material and work-
manship under normal use and service for one (1) years from the date of delivery or 365
life cycles, whichever comes first (the “Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty exists for
the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike
and covers the battery, motor, controller and display. Like any rechargeable battery, your
AMYET rechargeable battery pack will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is
subjected to charge and discharge cycles. AMYET warranties that your battery pack will
maintain 70% or higher capacity for at least 365 charge cycles or one years, whichever
comes first.
