If the air conditioner is in SLEEP mode this is
interrupted if the ON/OFF, FAN SPEED, SLEEP
or MODE button is pressed.
9. ISENSE
Temperature sensing and room temperature
display button.
10. TIMER OFF
Press to activate the setting of stop delay. Each
time you press the button the setting increases
in steps of 0.5 hours up to 10 hours and steps of
1 hour from 10 to 24 hours. Cancel this function
by setting the time to 0.0.
11. LED DISPLAY
Press this button to clear the display on the air
conditioner. Press again to activate the display.
12. °C/°F
Press this button to alternate the temperature
display between the °C & °F.

Readings on the display
1. Mode status
Indicates active mode (AUTO, COOL, DRY and
FAN).
2. Reception status
Goes on when the air conditioner receives a
signal from the remote control.
3. Temperature/timer setting
Shows set temperature (17–30°C or 62–88°F)
or timer setting (0–24 hours). Not shown in
FAN mode.
4. ON/OFF
Shown when the air conditioner is running.
5. FAN status mode
6. Fan speed
Shows the selected fan speed (AUTO, HIGH,
MED or LOW). Not shown in AUTO or DRY
mode.
7. TIMER
Shows the timer setting. The TIMER ON status
light goes on if the start delay is activated. The
TIMER OFF status light goes on if the stop delay
is activated. Both status lights go on if both
start delay and stop delay are activated.
8. Locked mode
Shown when the LOCK button is pressed. Goes
o when the LOCK button is pressed again.

Using the buttons
AUTO mode
1. Press the MODE button until AUTO mode is
activated.
2. Press the TEMP button to set the required
temperature from 17 to 30°C in steps of 1°C
or from 62 to 88°F in steps of 2°F.
3. Press the ON/OFF button to start the air
conditioner.
NOTE:
• In AUTO mode the air conditioner
compares the actual room temperature
with the set point temperature, which is
set from the remote control and activates
COOL, FAN or DRY mode.
• In AUTO mode it is not possible to set the
fan speed. The fan speed is controlled
automatically.
• You can also set the required mode
manually.
