Useful tips for troubleshooting an issue when using INNI 3D Printer (ACP-M11Y)
Issue Solution
I can’t download the software from Internet
Explorer.
Use Microsoft Edge or Chrome to download.
I can’t print through the web browser.
Check that the printer’s static IP address matches the one shown in the web
browser. Example IP: 192.168.0.00
Printer malfunction or error occurs due to a
dropped wifi connection.
Connect the printer to the computer via Ethernet cable to solve the printing
issue.
I can’t detach the printed restoration from
the build platform.
Using the scraper provided with the printer, gently pry at the base of the
restoration until it comes off the platform. Caution: Using a knife or other
sharp tool will result in damage to the build platform.
I can’t remove the slurry residue from the
film on the modeling bed.
Use ethanol to remove the polymerized residue from the modeling bed.
The restoration layers will not print correctly.
Use a spatula to spread the slurry evenly across the modeling bed and/
or use the automatic Slicer function (press 'Position Control' on the touch
screen to start.)
