1.32) Remove all 6 tie down hooks for the
vehicle’s tub.
!!IMPORTANT!! COMPLETE SECTION 2
SEALING THE TUB BEFORE PROCEEDING
FURTHER THEN GO TO NEXT STEP
1.33) Now fit the bed liner front mount brackets as
per the bed liner fitting instructions using the 2
M8 screws retained from the tie down hooks.
Do not refit the tie down hooks.
Do screws up to 22Nm
1.34) Now fit the front corner mounting bracket from
the Canopy hardware kit
(Refer to steps 3.0 to 3.9 )
The finished result in the front left hand corner
of the vehicle’s tub should look like the picture
opposite.
Repeat on opposite side of the vehicle.
1.35) Now fit the rear LH Canopy mounting bracket
(668AQ001L) . The lower end of the bracket
has 2 slots that align to the tie down hook
mounting holes in the vehicle’s tub.
1.36) Mount the LH rear bed liner mounting bracket
over the rear canopy mounting bracket and do
up the retained M8 screws from the tie down
hooks.
Do not refit the tie down hooks.
1.37) Refer to steps 3.10 to 3.15 to complete
fitment of rest of the rear canopy mounting
bracket.
Do screws up on the bed liner mounting
bracket to 22Nm.
1.38) The finished result should look as in the
picture opposite.
Repeat on opposite side of the vehicle
1.39) Go to section 2 and complete steps before
fitting the bed liner
1.40) After completing section 2, Install the ARB bed
liner as per the rest of the bed liner fitting
instructions to include installing the tie
down hooks in 6 places to 22Nm torque.
Be sure to push the bed liner as far forward as
possible, to get the rear corners of the bed
liner into the vehicle’s tub.
The finished results should look like those in
the pictures opposite.
