SECTION 1: PREPARING THE VEHICLE TUB AND BED LINERS AND SPORT GUARDS
1.1) Remove any sports bars or cabin guards fitted on the front bed rail of the vehicle’s tub.
1.2) Some factory vehicles come with bed liners fitted. Remove the bed liner and retain
hardware.
1.3) Steps 1.7 to 1.16 refer to the Ford Genuine OEM bed liner for PXI and PXII models
1.4) Steps 1.17 to 1.45 Refer to the ARB bed liner, which should be fitted from new.
1.5) Steps 1.46 to 1.59 Refer to the ARB Sport Guard.
1.6) Steps 1.60 to 1.68 Refer to Ford Ranger PXIII bed liner fitment (September 2018+)
TRIM BED LINER BUT DO NOT FIT YET- OEM FORD BED LINER FOR PXI AND PXII ONLY
1.7) You will need to trim the bed liner to correctly
fit the canopy, to provide clearance to canopy
corner mounting brackets in the vehicle tub.
NOTE: Canopy fitment is suitable ONLY for
under-rail bed liners.
The following steps are based on fitment
to the Ford OEM Bed liner for PXI and Ford
PXII.
(Ford OEM Genuine accessories Ford P/N:
UC9P-65-YA0F for the bed liner and UC9P-
65-YV0A for the tailgate liner).
1.8) Mark out the front LH side of the bed liner on
the side that is against the vehicle tub as
shown.
Use the number sequence in marking out.
Repeat this on the opposite corner in
mirror image.
