1.41) Apply masking tape to the inside top edge of
the tailgate liner.
1.42) Mark a line across the width of the tailgate
liner 12mm down.
1.43) Cut the top lip off the tailgate liner using a jig
saw and sand the edge.
1.44) It may be also required to trim the side edge of
the liner to make a neat appearance as shown
at the arrow.
1.45) Then fit the tailgate liner as per the bed liner
fitting instructions
TRIM BED LINER ā ARB SPORT GUARD:
1.46) If a new Sport Guard kit is to be fitted OR is
already fitted to tub, the RH, LH and front
sections of the Sports Guard need to be
trimmed for clearance to the canopy mounting
brackets.
The following steps detail how to prepare
cutting of the ARB Sport Guard to fit with
Canopy mounting brackets.
