1.47) Remove all 6 tie down hooks on tub and retain
screws, washers and hooks.
1.48) If Sport Guard is already fitted, remove the
Front, RH and LH Sport Guard panels to
prepare to fit the Canopy mounting brackets.
OR
If not fitted yet, fit the floor (if required) and
tailgate sections of the as per “Sport Guard
Installation Instructions”.
The tub is to have only floor (if required- not
required for drawer systems) and tailgate
section installed as shown, at this point.
1.49) On the Front panel of the Sport Guard cut the
25mm strip off the top section.
1.50) Cut the strip completely off- this is needed for
clearance for the canopy front mounting rail.
1.51) Cut the front sections out of the side panels of
the Sport Guard as marked via the scribe lines
as moulded into the back of the side panel.
(RH shown).
The 2 lower corners in this area can be drilled
out with 10mm drill bit to aid cutting.
