AIR FILTER
The air lter must be cheked at least once every two weeks operation. Operation with a dirty lter always causes a lower ef-
cency of the air conditioner and severe product damage. The lter is located at the back of the intake grille in the front of the
air-conditioner and shall be removed from the upper side of the unit.
HOW TO REMOVE THE FILTER
FILTER CLEANING
Use a vacuum cleaner to remove light dust. If there is sticky dust on
the lter, wash the lter in lukewarm, soapy water, rinse it in clean
water, and dry it.
TRANSPORT
Keep the air conditioner in the vertical position during transportation.
STORAGE
If you are not going to use the air-conditioner for a long period, clean the air lters, evacuate the condensate from the indoor
unit through the drain hose at the unit back side. Do not disconnect the exible tube, unless you are obliged to do it: in that case
protect the open halves of the couplings, after disconnecting it and before handling the exible hose and the outdoor unit; uti-
lize the plastic plugs supplied as accessories, that must be tightened with a spanner. After handling, reconnect the exible tube
to the outdoor unit to avoid refrigerant leaks during the storage. Do not put heavy objects on the top of the unit, and protect it
with a cloth or a plastic bag.
