SETTING ANPR TO USE ANPR ROI
In order to use the previously defined ANPR ROI in the license plate recognition process, the
'Preselection engine' property must be set to 'Trigger (vehdet) frame' in the ANPR SETTINGS menu.
You can save the settings with the save button.
