Problem: “Outlet temperature uctuates more than ± 2°C...”
Check internal mechanism
Mechanism is jamming or slow to control.
Clean and descale the following parts:
• Proportioning Assembly
• Gear Drive Assembly
• Magnetic Rotor
Renew separator seal and lubricate internal
mechanism.
Water pressure
Make sure supply pressures are balanced.
Check for the following:
• Air locks
• Blocked strainers
• Closed valves
Return to Hot
Water Supply Inlet
Check blend circuit ow rate.
Flow rate is less than 10 gpm (37.8 lpm). Reset
circuit ow rate and check for the following:
• Air locks
• Blocked strainers
• Closed valves
• Pump failure
