    • P
      Paul ShermanAug 18, 2025
If you're unable to connect to the internet with your Arris Gateway, keep in mind that it can take over 30 minutes to establish a connection upon initial power-up. Ensure the Gateway remains plugged into AC power and connected to the cable system. Check that the Power and Online lights are illuminated. If the Power light continues to blink for more than 30 minutes, contact your cable company for assistance. Verify that all cable connections are secure and that the coax cable is free from pinches, kinks, or sharp bends. If splitters are in use between the Gateway and the CATV outlet, remove them and connect the Gateway directly to the outlet.
