Answering system operation
Recording and playing memos
Memos are messages you record yourself. They
are saved, played back and deleted exactly like
incoming messages. You can record a memo as
a reminder to yourself, or leave a message for
someone else if other members of your household
are using the same answering system.
To record a memo
Press RECORD. The elapsed time in seconds is
shown in the message window when recording.
You can record a memo up to four minutes. Memos
shorter than one second long will not be recorded.
Press
PLAY/STOP to stop recording.
To play back a memo
Press
PLAY/STOP to listen to messages and
memos (see page 38 for other options).
