The agents in a calling group are responsible for handling
calls that come into the group. To handle calls, agents must
know how to do the following:
use line buttons to answer calling group calls
sign in and sign out of the calling group to indicate
when they are available to take calls
use a headset

Agents can use any of the MLX, analog multiline, or single-line
telephones for your system.
